These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase of products from MyTurbos.com ("MyTurbos," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order you ("you" or "the customer") agree to these Terms. We have written them in plain language and disclosed our fees, return conditions, and shipping practices clearly so you know what to expect before you buy.
This summary is for convenience; the full sections below control.
Orders are placed through MyTurbos.com using the current listings and part numbers on the site. Submitting an order is an offer to buy; the sale is complete when we accept and ship it. We may confirm, limit, or decline an order, including for pricing errors, stock availability, or suspected fraud, and we will promptly refund any charge for an order we cannot fill. Please confirm the correct part number and vehicle fitment before checkout.
Operational shipping details, including where we ship from, processing and dispatch times, shipping methods, live-rate pricing, delivery estimates, tracking, and damage-claim procedures, are described in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The provisions below govern the legal aspects of shipping. If the Shipping Policy and these Terms conflict, these Terms control.
Shipping time. We ship within the time stated on the product listing, or within 30 days of your order if no time is stated. If we cannot ship within that window, we will notify you with a revised date and give you the option to cancel for a full refund. If you do not respond to a notice of significant delay, we will treat the order as cancelled and refund you.
Title and risk of loss. Title and risk of loss pass to you when your order is delivered to the address you provide. If an item is lost in transit or arrives damaged, resolving it with the carrier is our responsibility, not yours, subject to the claim procedures in our Shipping Policy.
Address accuracy and refused shipments. You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate shipping address. If a shipment is refused or returned as undeliverable because of an incorrect address or refusal to accept it, you are responsible for the return shipping and, if you still want the order, the cost to resend it. We will disclose those costs before charging them.
MyTurbos.com is subject to U.S. trade laws, and products are exported in accordance with the Export Administration Regulations. For international orders, you are responsible for accurate destination and recipient information and for any duties, taxes, or customs charges in the destination country. We may decline orders to restricted destinations or parties.
Prices are subject to change without notice. The total price you pay, including shipping and any applicable tax, is shown before you complete your order; we do not add undisclosed mandatory fees at the end. If a genuine pricing error affects your order, we will contact you and either refund it in full or offer you the option to pay the corrected price before we ship. Promotions and discounts may change or end at any time.
Applicable sales or use tax is calculated and collected at checkout based on your shipping destination and current law. If you are a registered reseller buying for resale, contact us before ordering to arrange a tax-exempt purchase with a valid resale certificate; you are then responsible for collecting and remitting tax on your own sales.
Items clearly marked "Special Order" at the time of purchase are made or ordered specifically for you. Once placed, a special order cannot be cancelled or returned. This condition is disclosed on the product before you buy.
We want you to be satisfied, and our return terms, including any fees, are disclosed here in full.
Our Forced Induction category includes turbochargers, superchargers, turbo and supercharger kits, wastegates, blow-off and diverter valves, intercoolers and intercooler kits, charge pipes and boost tubing, turbo manifolds and downpipes, actuators, boost controllers and electronic tuning or engine-management devices, turbo cartridges (CHRA) and rebuild kits, and related lines and fittings. Because of how these parts are used, the following applies to them, in addition to the general return terms above:
MyTurbos.com does not add its own separate warranty; products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, which we will help you use. Claims for defective items are handled through the manufacturer's inspection and approval process. Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any implied warranty or other right you may have under applicable state or federal law, including the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, where such rights cannot be waived. If the manufacturer does not cover a warranty return, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please tell us within 5 business days of delivery so we can help. Keep all packing materials until the claim is resolved, since the carrier may need to inspect them. Send us photos of the damaged item and its packaging so we can proceed. For freight (LTL) deliveries, note any visible damage on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery. We will provide the documentation needed and work with the carrier on your behalf.
Some products sold on this site are designated by the manufacturer for closed-course competition or off-road use only. These parts are not legal for use on public roads, streets, or highways. Installing them on a vehicle driven on public roads may violate federal, state, and local laws, including the federal Clean Air Act. You are solely responsible for confirming that a product is legal for your intended use, vehicle, and location before purchase or installation. Shipping a product to your location does not confirm its legal status for on-road use.
Forced-induction and performance parts can alter a vehicle's emissions control system. Under the federal Clean Air Act, the manufacture, sale, or installation of any part that defeats, bypasses, or renders inoperative a required emissions control device on a street-driven vehicle is prohibited, regardless of how the part is labeled or intended. In California, an aftermarket part may be installed on a pollution-controlled street vehicle only if it holds a valid California Air Resources Board (CARB) Executive Order (E.O.) exemption or qualifies as a direct OEM replacement.
You are responsible for verifying the emissions legality of any part for your specific vehicle and geographic area before ordering. To comply with state and federal law, we do not sell or ship non-exempt emissions-related parts to California, or to any jurisdiction where their sale, installation, or use is restricted, and we may decline, restrict, or cancel any such order. Orders canceled for this reason are refunded in full.
To the extent permitted by law, MyTurbos.com is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of a product, and our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for personal injury caused by our negligence, or any non-waivable consumer rights you hold.
You agree to install and use products lawfully and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, and you are responsible for confirming correct fitment and legal use for your vehicle and location. You are responsible for damage or injury resulting from your own misuse, improper installation, or unlawful use of a product. This does not shift to you any responsibility for a manufacturing defect or for our own conduct.
Nothing in these Terms limits your right to dispute a charge with your card issuer or bank under the Fair Credit Billing Act or other applicable law. We simply ask that you contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue directly.
